Matthew graduated from Ohio University in 2001 with a finance degree and an interest in real estate. For the next 5 years, Matt worked as an operations manager for Fifth Third Bank. Realizing his passion for real estate, Matt moved on from banking in 2005 to pursue a career in commercial real estate. For the last 8 years, Matt has been an Apartment Broker with Marcus & Millichap where he closed over 60 transaction totaling over $150 million dollars.

In 2013, Matt started C.A.P. Real Estate Investment Brokerage, a full service real estate company specializing in advisory and sales of apartment complexes. Through this new venture Matt is working to make the buying and selling process more personalized around each client. In addition to the brokerage, C.A.P. has a sister company, Cincy Area Properties, a property management company specializing in apartment management for local and out of state owners.
