Cincinnati Area Properties primary mission is to bring quality tenants to our investor’s rental properties and creating a win-win situation for both the tenants, by providing a top quality place for them to call home, and the investor by making their rental property profitable. Typically Cincinnati Area Properties will only manage properties that are purchased and renovated within our network; however, there have been some instances where exceptions have been made.

JESSE BREWER
President
Jesse started investing in real estate in 2004 as a private investor. After dealing with other agents who just didn’t get the concepts of real estate investing he decided to obtain his own real estate sales license in 2004 in the state of Kentucky. In 2006 he then obtained a broker’s license in the state of Kentucky and then moved on to obtain an Ohio sales license in 2007. His primary focus was working on reo and other distressed property sales for himself and other investors. This lead him into the BPO aspect of the business back in 2007 and has been completing BPO’s successfully ever since.
Being involved in distressed property sales Jesse was able to start up a renovation company that was primarily renovating properties that was purchased by his personal companies. After doing several of renovations and estimations of repairs he then founded NKY Renovations LLC. in 2007. NKY renovations does a variety of real estate related work from total renovations, clean outs for banks, property preservation, estimations for repairs and general maintenance.
After being in this sector for an extended period of time Jesse then started to develop a buyers list and cliental that is not local to the Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky area. Seeing a need for property management services he then decided to form Cincinnati Area Properties. Cincinnati Area Properties, also known as CAP, performs full service property management services for private investors and asset management companies alike. Some of the services include regular maintenance (in conjunction with NKY renovations), rent collections, evictions, cash for keys programs and any other services needed to manage and maintain a property.
Currently Jesse services all the real estate needs for the Cincinnati OHIO and surrounding MSA, Northern Kentucky and the Greater Louisville Kentucky area. He holds memberships in three different Multiple Listing Services organizations that are Cincinnati MLS, Northern Kentucky MLS and the Greater Louisville board of realtors MLS. In 2008 he represented buyers and sellers in over $3,000,000.00 worth of sales and in 2009 over $4,000,000.00 worth of sales. Sales ranged from a small single family house up to a 78 unit distressed pre-foreclosure apartment complex.
In addition to real estate sales and property servicing he has authored three real estate related books. The first one “Real estate Investing strategies for the second great depression.” It was published in late 2008 and is available on Amzon.com. The second one “Broker Price Opinions, an agent’s complete guide.” It was published in early 2009 and is also available on Amazon.com. This book is a how-to guide for new agents that are getting into the Broker Price Opinion business. In early 2010 Jesse released “Complete Guide to Foreclosure Investing” which is a step by step guide for person wanted to get started in real estate foreclosure investing. Jesse also is a regular contributor to the www.bulldogspot.com where he contributes real estate related articles and educational material and in 2011 Jesse was appointed to the Kenton County Board of Adjustments, which is a governing body that hears appeal cases in zoning related issues. ASHLEY PUGH
Tenant Relations Specialist
Ashley joined CAP in fall of 2010 and is in charge of the day to day maintenance coordination between tenants and maintenance personal. In addition to that she also deals with tenant relation issues such as utilities and rental collections. Ashley graduated from Ohio State University in 2009 with a bachelor of arts in Sociology. SERENNA FINCK
Office Manager
Serenna joined CAP in spring 2010 and is currently serving as the office manager for CAP. Serenna is responsible for overseeing the daily activities in the office as well as the all the back end accounting that comes with it. In addition to these duties she also serves as the liaison between CAP and all public services agencies that CAP has relationships with.
